Returns of faulty products should be dealt with via email so a full record of correspondence is held. Simply Request an RMA number from your account manager or from Sales@incar-network.com.
You will be asked to provide the Invoice number relating to the product which you wish to return & the product serial number. All Serial Numbers are logged into our system when an order is placed.
In Car Network offer certain products on a sale or return basis, this provides you the opportunity to sell the goods with minimal risk. More detailed conditions can be found below. Please read a brief outline of the conditions of sale or return items.
1) In Car Network reserves the right to reject this offer to any traders if in car network considers the trader to be taking advantage of the offer.
2) All Items must be paid for in advance. If returned, the item amount shown on the corresponding invoice will be refunded. The offer does not extend to delivery costs (See section 5).
3) All Items considered for Sale or Return will be listed on the product description (on the website) & invoice, and the return offer will expire 60 days after the invoice date.
4) In Car Network will only accept unopened and non-damaged items back. Any opened or damaged items will be returned to the trade customer at their cost.
5) Delivery Costs From In Car Network to the trader and from the trader to In Car Network are not refunded under any circumstances, This is to be absorbed by the trader.
